There was a sour smell of rotten seafood and the tables weren’t very clean. The servers were very nice and attentive but the food was awful. Two plates of overcooked grouper that was over seasoned in random spots and the oysters Rockefeller tasted bland. The crab was mushy and tasted like it might have been frozen. My ticket was over 300.00. I will not be coming here again.

Javier was such a great host. I sat at the bar and ordered there. Amazing food, atmosphere and hospitality was fantastic. I had many questions being it was my first time here. I can not recommend this place enough. We went to union public house tonight for dinner and had a truly amazing experience ill never forget. We sat down and our server Seb, who was busy mind you, took their time with greeting us and asking if we were celebrating anything and we told her we were celebrating my wife having a baby (our first) she wished us congratulations and went to grab our drinks, promptly came back and took our order. The kitchen was slammed and our orders did take longer than usual but the atmosphere of the restaurant is honestly so amazing we didn't mind. Seb offerd us dessert as token of appreciation for our patience, which was unnecessary but greatly appreciated by my wife and I. The manager Nate came by to ask how things went and we made small talk and told him how much we love the restaurant and appreciate them. YALL THEY PAID FOR OUR ENTIRE MEAL AND CONGRULATED US AGAIN. I could have burst into tears nothing like ever happens for us and i was truly blown away. I will never stop recommending this restaurant thank you union public house for your hospitality and for your amazing employees

And I don’t understand why city leaders punish businesses by making customer parking so difficult, then making us pay a toll just to frequent a local business. We went to Jackson’s Steakhouse for my wife’s birthday and had really high expectations after hearing so many good things. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Everything we tried tasted bland, and the cooking wasn’t what we expected from a restaurant at this price point. We visited on a Sunday around 8:30 p.m., and I don’t know if the timing played a part, but we still expected a much better meal. We don’t mind paying more for good food, especially for a special occasion, but this experience just didn’t feel worth the price. We really wanted to love it and left disappointed.

From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, everything was exceptional\. This was truly a memorable dining experience\! Our server, Danny, was outstanding\! He was professional, personable, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire evening\. The service was just as impressive as the food\. We started with the **Blue Crab Beignets**, and WOW\! They were absolutely amazing\! I ordered the 14 oz\. steak with bone marrow butter, and it was cooked to perfection\. My husband had the Cheshire Pork Tomahawk, and we shared the Scalloped Potato Gratin with bacon\. Those potatoes were hands down the BEST we have ever had\! For dessert, we finished with the Crème Brûlée and Mousse au Chocolat, and both were absolutely delicious\. The perfect ending to an already amazing meal\! Jackson’s Steakhouse made our anniversary trip even more special\. The food, the service, and the entire atmosphere made this a five\-star experience from beginning to end\. If you’re in Pensacola and looking for an exceptional dining experience, **Jackson’s Steakhouse is a MUST\!** We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates outstanding food and top\-notch service\.
